Depending on the soil level and/or any special problems your area rug may have, Brian’s Carpet Care will use industry accepted professional cleaning agents to loosen greasy soils, address odor problems, and leave your area rug clean and fresh with a thorough rinsing afterward. Brian uses professional spot removal products to work on any stains that were not removed during the initial area rug cleaning procedure. Sometimes the drying process can take up to 2 or three days, so making sure there is adequate space available is a huge priority for us. Therefore, we suggest removing your rugs off-site to our shop where we will be able to clean them more efficiently.  Then, we will re-deliver your rugs at no additional charge.
