**An area is defined as a bedroom, living room, dining room, hallway, staircase, office etc. Big rooms such as bonus rooms or rec rooms are usually considered two areas. If areas are abnormally small, I will charge a half room. Walk in closets and landings are usually a half room. Regular closets are included with the price of the room at no additional charge.
